    2026 PREDICTIONS FOOD & Farm

Knowledge and INSIDER DATA about HEALTHY FOOD & FARMING are often hard to find because FOOD SHOPPERS usually look in the wrong places. Plus, there are no FOOD HEROES today… because everyone is a participation star in a rudderless ecosystem–or at least they want to be 😉

Some consumers trust their grocer, which is GREAT if you shop at ORGANIC retailers like GREENS in Vancouver BC, HEALTHY PLANET in Toronto Canada, or NUDE MIAMI in the Magic City (opening early ’26), and of course EREWHON in LA & NYC.

Unfortunately, too many food consumers rely on BIG BOX grocers for food advice, and THAT is turning into a heartbreaking decision for a growing number of the population.

MAHA, RFK Jr, plus many other health specialists in Canada and abroad report that too many people now suffer from preventable illnesses like heart attacks, strokes, and cancers.

It’s often caused by BAD FOOD infused with pesticides, insecticides, herbicides–the entire side order of “…cides, and NOW… also with ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD–UPFs–the Red-Dye 40 Cherry On Top!

WATCH MY VIDEO–or keep reading for a loose transcript…

High blood pressure used to be called the SILENT KILLER, but today UPFs – ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD has usurped that dubious position!

Let’s take a quick look at food and farming from 2025 to see how we got into this health chaos and mess. It’s important to understand what led us to overflowing hospitals, hospices, and early graves before we explore how to recover from a lifestyle that we thought was safe and healthy, but instead has been slowly poisoning and making society sick.

    2025 was CONFUSING for CONSUMERS

We were blasted by grandstanding politicians and CEOs who all claim they want to save the world from starvation. A noble gesture of course, but Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk pump that message hard because they’ll make billions upon billions selling false hope and bad food to over-populated countries.

In my neck of the woods, I’m more concerned for my family, friends, and community.

Many farmers are genuinely grateful to play their role as an important cog in the big alternative agricultural machine. They feel good knowing that they’re doing their part for FOOD JUSTICE & CLIMATE ACTION. In 2025 though, Market Garden Farmers warned us about critical damage in the food supply chain. They told us that when their hay bailer gets stuck on a broken political tooth, farmers just sit there spinning and wondering why civic leaders keep doing the same things over and over, but promising different results.

Consumers can see you, farmers can too.

San Francisco just launched a massive, historical lawsuit against ten companies that manufacture Ultra Processed Food – UPFs.

    OBVIOUS KID KILLERS, BUT NOW…

    EVEN UPF CHEERIOS IS HARMFUL

    image from ORGANICINSIDER.COM

Foodbanks everywhere are bare, seniors on fixed incomes are malnourished, and children still go to school hungry every single day. Most families just want to eat healthy food at an affordable price. Farmers unfortunately, have little left right now to fix a broken food supply chain or to save anyone but themselves. If they do have residual energy at the end of the day, sure, maybe, but realistically, most of society is tapped out and FOOD ANXIOUS.

All the virtue-signaling created an atmosphere that feeds predation and targets farmers as sacrificial lambs. Farmers do all the heavy lifting while Bezos and dozens of newly minted certification organizations reap the rewards.

    Unfortunately Allan Savory,
    SOMEONE IS TO BLAME”…

The MOVEMENT STALLED LONG AGO without appropriate acknowledgement or suggestions from “leaders.”

While the world falls ill from a growing list of ULTRA PROCESSING CHEMICALS specifically designed to increase food profit for guys like Gates, other lurking-heroes of humanity, saviours of the starving are posing, begging, and evangelizing in front of alternative labels like REGENERATIVE, PERMACULTURE, BIODYNAMIC, SYNTROPIC and all the rest hoping that their names will go down in the annals of history as the futurists who saved the planet from extinction.

Where do I sign up?, but first WHERE, EXACTLY…ARE ALL THE CUSTOMERS?

Heroism is pretty heady stuff for a bunch of neurodivergent scientists and engineers at the top of their class who know that 1+1 = 2, but they still can’t spell empathy. I’m a diagnosed geek too, and I EMBRACE empathy, so you have to wonder why THEY find humanity so challenging.

Agriculture won’t be about TECH, nerds, and farming in 2026.

It’ll be about FOOD and farming, and who grows the best quality that racks up the highest NUTRIENT DENSITY.

    Over the next few years
    NUTRIENT DENSITY will become the
    TRUST TOUCHPOINT for CONSUMERS.

Heh Mr. Potato Head, my ORGANIC NUTRIENT DENSITY scientifically calculated at 95% is way healthier than your UPF ND at 35%.”

2026 food, the good stuff, will also need to be devoid of all chemicals at any stage of the process. The HEALTHY FOOD ERA in 2026 will be about natural food for natural people, not feedlot food for feedlot humans wallowing in industrial UPFs. Farmers who use GLYPHOSATE, especially as a desiccant, will be outed, shamed, and blamed. PC and wokeism are already giving way to common sense. Yes, there are BAD FARMERS just as there are BAD GROCERS.

Agriculture in 2026 will usher in a new era of discriminating and often WEALTHY FOOD CONSUMERS. Progressive FARMERS will be their HOSTS with all the knowledge that smart shoppers need to source healthy food.

Big box grocers will take a hit because of UPF, plus, FARMER’S MARKETS that PRICE FIXwill get called out too, especially in big cities.

In 2026, luxury grocers like Erewhon and Nude Miami, plus, OPEN SOURCE concepts I designed, like My Farmer Is My Friend and other consumer strategies, will define our new healthy food era.

As consumers, we already have bankers for our money, dentists for our teeth, and mechanics for our cars, so in 2026 having a farmer to help us source healthy food will be a natural fit.

Old MacDonald, HAD a farm, but today… NEW Mac-D, well, SHE has an educated perspective, and a healthy food solution that’s quickly evolving to become better than OLD organic.

And she doesn’t mean a little better; she’s talking WAY BETTER THAN ORGANIC.

For context, let’s take a brief political look at WHAT the FOOD Happened in 2025?

During President Trump’s first term eight years ago, he turned the world into a FEAR FEST that has grown much worse during his second kick at the can.

Trump has three years left as president, which means if you want to leverage his chaos and make the most of his mistakes, you better get crackin’ before his window on the HEALTHY FOOD ERA closes.

The president has inadvertently created so much food chaos, that the longer he’s in office, the more blunders his already wobbly team make.

Mistakes provide opportunities for anyone smart enough to hitch a ride in the front seat of Trump’s PR roller coaster as it chugs up the first big food hill in 2026. When it reaches the peak, and drops, racing for that first big corner, all Hell will break loose. Anyone who’s not prepared for the inertia will get tossed like a big old watermelon.

The next three years will offer up perfect opportunities to not only substantially grow alternative agriculture communities like organic… but it will also provide opportunities to rapidly expand the LOCAL SHORT FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN, a community that brings FOOD SECURITY HOME to your backyard.

Ai, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE in 2026 will also play a major role in food education for consumers and make it easy for anyone including farmers to source KOD – KNOWLEDGE ON DEMAND through their phones, even while in the field or at their grocer. We’re very close to that reality now.

AGRICULTURE EDUCATORS will have to quickly pivot to stay ahead of the adoption curve. If they shift their focus from general knowledge to information that is specific to each property, they’ll provide value for new young farmers, and also for more experienced growers who want to stay relevant.

In 2017, Trump opened the door to chaos and disrespect, and many of his followers leveraged it to the hilt. Rules of decency went out the window while America desperately struggled to survive lockdown.

To make up for LOST PROFITS, food CEOs, bolstered by Trump’s bravado, launched SHRINKFLATION initiatives that saw package-sizes reduced, plus the contents in the packages cut back even further, and a long list of chemicals added to the recipe to make processed food CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP to buy. The MASSIVE PROFIT MARGIN they cooked up for that winner winner chicken dinner, is also the most dangerous food ever consumed by North Americans in all of modern history.

The number of ultra processed foods has recently risen dramatically, along with overwhelming health care costs.

Bad food makes people sick, and United States is now paying a severe price with skyrocketing hospital and hospice bills that have gone through the roof. Canada is doing considerably better, but there is still room for improvement, as we see from Ottawa every day.

    Every year…
    a new WORD galvanizes us,
    and in 2026 it’ll be
    INFLAMMATION.

If you think inflammation is what jacks up the bank rate and the cost of groceries, you should put your head back up your butt and take a close look at what’s really happening in your body.

Chronic inflammation kills more people than car accidents.

Inflammation causes obesity, heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. And even though it’s the leading cause of mortality, most people can’t even spell it let alone know what it means… and as importantly, WHY inflammation happens.

Inflammation is caused by a few things, but for our purposes here, we’re looking at UPFs, ultra processed foods that attack your cardiovascular system almost as soon as they are ingested.

Inflammation causes damage that can’t be undone or repaired, ever. There is no fix.

As a warning to your body, inflammation often shows up as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease… or obesity, acne, and arthritis, and indicates bad gut health.

In TEENS: hormones for young women are impacted by some UPFs that result in irregular or early menstruation and MUSTACHES, and in boys it can be increased aggression and lowered sperm counts. There are other reasons of course so please explore carefully.

Chronic inflammation, can however be stopped from progressing simply by eating healthy food.

You can’t HEAL the damage, only halt it from getting worse.

    It’s not any more complicated.
Quit eating bad food, sold by bad grocers.

    Here’s a snapshot of how UPF permanently impacts your body;

UPFs can cause Type2 Diabetes, plus substantial weight gain and many other serious illnesses. When you eat an ultra processed food, like regular bread or cheese, after digestion, the UPF is carried by blood through your arteries where it is immediately identified as a contaminant.

To defend your body, your liver and intestines instantly produce LDL cholesterol, and send it racing through your arteries to place a protective cover over the UPF to segregate it from your blood. Covering a UPF blob stuck in your cardiovascular system means that your artery becomes incrementally narrower, and stiffer – forever. It never returns to normal – ever.

Many people mistakenly believe that UPF is expelled from your body. The reality though is that UPFs perpetually sandblast little holes and crevices into the inner walls of you arteries. It creates rough places for even more UPFs to stick and cause increased damage, that in turn requires even more cholesterol to protect you. Cardiovascular surgeons can’t fix your entire artery and vein systems with BALLOONS & STINTS.

At some point in your life, if you reach a UPF tipping point, damage can grow exponentially, and cause you to rapidly become seriously ill. All UPF becomes a permanent fixture in your cardiovascular system, which, over the course of time clogs your arteries.

UPF is like SMOKING was in the 50s, or drinking and driving. All equally as destructive.

When UPF damage from diabetes reaches your toes and extremities, it clogs and kills hair-like arteries. You then lose an appendage because oxygen-laden blood never reaches your big toe. Worse, if an artery bursts on the interior wall, it can also cause a clot that triggers a heart attack or stroke.

Don’t make it any more complicated.

Bad food = damaged and permanently clogged arteries. FULL STOP.

If you continue to eat ultra processed food at even a moderate volume, like popular breakfast cereals for example including plain/no sugar-added CHEERIOS, WHEATIES OR CORN FLAKES, the breakfast of champs soaked in a side order of pesticides in the milk, odds are that you’ll eventually suffer some level of chronic inflammation.

The real tragedy, is that children… maybe yours, often end up becoming INSULIN RESITANT which sets up a very serious domino effect that is exceedingly hard to manage.

No age is immune from insulin resistance.

You don’t have to be young, or overweight.

Every morning millions of parents feed their kids sweet cereals laden with UPFs, plus a side order of pesticides and more from the dairy.

It’s like putting kids, maybe yours, on a PERPETUAL PESTICIDE & UPF DRIP, and then sending them off to school where you expect them to think.

When your kids come home with low marks… that’s on you, and Kellogs!

BTW, ALL CORN, even non-GMO is INFLAMMATORY because of its sugar content.

And one more thing, COOKING OIL in restaurants that is used over and over again, collects UPF chemicals from the bad food cooked in that oil, and transfers it to all subsequent food.

Also, if you BURN food in the oil, or it gets superheated, it adds another layer of dangerous chemicals to your UPF slop.

    Is there hope? Of course.

Organic is the polar opposite of ultra processed food.

The challenge however, is that it’s not easy to KICK THE ADDICTION of a BAD FOOD HABIT.

Many people become HOOKED & COOKED on cheap food and all the chemicals that give your belly a little poke begging you to eat more. Yep. UPFs do that too.

Some UPFs turn off your FULL SWITCH, and trick your brain to continue eating even when you’re stuffed.

    How fucking evil is that?

Kids today don’t stand a chance.

Why do I choose to LEVERAGE ORGANIC MOMENTUM and not regenerative, or even the more sophisticated permaculture?

It’s for a number of reasons, but mostly because consumers are already familiar with organic, while, and relatively speaking, few people have even heard of permaculture and regenerative, let alone know how these mysterious alternative farming processes work.

Trust your GUT and the crowd, plus friends and family.

I trust the natural HEALTHY FOOD ideology so much that I’m almost finished writing a manuscript for my next book, Leverage ORGANIC Momentum

Twenty years ago, in 2006, I published Leverage OLYMPIC Momentum. Through ACTIVISM (not a mythical regen movement), we dramatically changed for the better how the International Olympic Committee and their local committees do business in Olympic cities and regions.

Alt-AG – alternative agriculture is different than sports of course, but farming also needs to change in order to leverage at least the next three years of Trump chaos.

Organic, is like family… it’s trusted.

Like family though, organic isn’t perfect, and it does have issues, but the challenges are much less than with other options. For example, REGENERATIVE is still so poorly funded and organized that some regen farms still TILL entire fields and regularly spray a variety of chemicals, including pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, and all the other …cides.

Permaculture is better, but it’s way too complicated and expensive for most farmers. Plus, like regen, it also failed to deliver visibility and value for consumers. Permaculture doesn’t even try to onboard customers because the visibility process is too complex and expensive. They slyly position farmers to assume the risk and do all the heavy lifting.

Regenerative also got greedy, and instead of playing a supporting role or partnering fairly with organic, they tried to take over the landscape completely as the big dog wagging the organic tail. Yeah really – unmitigated arrogance and naivety.

Big agriculture corporations like Cargill jumped in the parade with REGENERATIVE GREENWASHING campaigns and very effectively stole the spotlight to leverage regenerative’s momentum. BIG CORP was so effective in misappropriating the emerging brand that within a year or so, farmers and consumers were confused and backed away, many wondering why regen didn’t defend their brand more strenuously.

I wondered too, because at the time I was highly supportive of regen. Today, I’m disappointed and angry at how REGEN disrupts food messaging, but fails to deliver solutions for consumers.

Alt-AG is forcing confusion on food shoppers, along with higher prices just so they can gloat as leaders in a corporate race they aren’t even winning. They only pretend to be community oriented. Put feet on the ground in the countries where you want a presence and SHOW US THE MONEY or stfu!

A confusing landscape like this makes it easier for Pump & Dump WHALES… AKA investment predators who are already on the hunt and preparing to dangle crypto to desperate farmers.

It’s a scenario that played out just a few years ago in other industries with devastating financial consequences.

Crypto is high on Trump’s agenda, so be prepared for anything, including unscrupulous DAOs hosted on Discord.

Organic has been a critical component of a healthy diet for decades, while all the other Alt-AG processes are still a mystery, and an expensive one at that.

Regenerative for example often retails at twice the cost of organic, and sometimes much more.

    Cost however,
is not an issue for WEALTHY CONSUMERS looking for healthy food to fuel advanced ATHLETIC & INTELLECTUAL performance, but it does shut out most lower income families.

In 2026, ORGANIC gets a thumbs up from me, and right below my thumb in a supporting role is regenerative, permaculture, biodynamic, syntropic and all the other alternative agriculture ADD-ONS that make organic so powerful and the perfect core partner.

When you align with NEW & IMPROVED ORGANIC, you’re choosing a trusted process recognized by everyone.

New organic, or as I refer to it with clients, ORGANIC+plus, is way better than organics because it also helps heal the earth while delivering the highest NUTRIENT DENSE food possible.

While my ORGANIC+plus already hits every need and marker for farmers and consumers, regenerative is still trying to throw the organic baby out with the dead earth bathwater… but so far, Mother Nature ain’t having it.

In early 2026, because of all the GREENWASH confusion by companies like Cargill, McDonalds, McCain Foods, and the rest, plus a lack of standards, regenerative certification now has little, if any value for the masses after regen lost trust.

Saying all that though, don’t count regenerative out completely. In 2026, IF… they make radical changes and immediately start to heavily invest in finding and on-boarding millions of customers, they might be able to capture enough of the market to overtake organic, which has always been their goal regardless of their public facing story. Their covert contempt for other processes, and how they position themselves as the end word, is concerning.

After 70 long years, regen is still struggling to entice and herd farmers. If you can’t get the people who grow the food interested, I’m not sure if regen will ever catch on. I do know however, that even though regen won’t pass the tipping point on the adoption curve anytime soon, it is causing PRICE PAIN for food shoppers. This orchestrated confusion by regen evangelists is one of the reasons farmers are not certifying as organic like they have in the past.

FARMERS are as CONFUSED as CONSUMERS!

Another reason, and this one is critical, is that it’s no longer necessary for LOCAL FARMERS to be CERTIFIED organic or regen to connect with LOCAL CUSTOMERS. Neighborly trust and social media are the NEW LOCAL FOOD CERTIFICATION GATEKEEPERS

CERTIFICATION is NOT used in many LOCAL markets

when FARMERS have trusted relationships with CUSTOMERS.

IT IS A PARADIGM SHIFT & GAME CHANGER

It is significant that California is now suing ten of the companies most involved with Ultra Processed Foods. The fireworks from this alone in 2026… will be spectacular.

If you’re looking for a healthy lifestyle in 2026 that will help you live longer and happier, choose organic with a regenerative chaser… and remember… the dog… still wags the tail.

    CHEAP FOOD KILLS

Grocers Claim Cheap Food is Good Food

Unfortunately, that big old lie causes heart attacks.

Cheap food is harmful, but people gorge on it anyway because it delivers short-lived comfort. They all-too-often get sick and eventually end up in the hospital, and die before their time.

End of story, your story if you only eat cheap food… that’s fact.

You get what you pay for is still a fact too.

If you’re struggling to kick your bad food habit, which is another word for addiction, keep reading because I have a surprising solution that is fast, easy and affordable that you’ll love.

You might even lose weight too!

Consumers have been conditioned by corporations over many decades to feel like they can cheat life, and that what they do or eat won’t have consequences. Reality says otherwise…

Cheap food kills people. Quality food nourishes.

Don’t make it any more complicated.

Good food is the eternal secret to living happier and longer.

For clarity, I’m not referring to FAST FOOD as the bad food factor here, although it is full of sugar, salt, and fat–the trifecta of killer ingredients that feeds heart attacks, strokes and cancer.

I’m spotlighting something worse and comparing apples to apples and chickens to chickens. The difference between good and bad food in this article is about chemical fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, and all the “…cides” that define bad food and cause terminal illnesses.

The highest quality food you can find today is NOT sold by big box grocers and instead comes directly from a farm… but not just any farmer. We all have a choice as to whether we buy food from a smart farmer who is concerned about our health, or from a conventional factory farmer who’s only focus is on growing cheap food to generate as much revenue and profit as possible.

For context, and contrary to popular belief, many factory farmers are far from being poor and have considerable assets, including property. Most do fine economically and also have more cash than they dare admit. Like all of us though, they complain too, but when was the last time you saw a chemical farmer do something altruistic that improved consumer health and the food system? It’s rare, because why fix it if it ain’t broke… for you?

Just so you know; The main reason chemical farmers (ChemFarms) are jumping on the REGENERATIVE wagon is because they were promised it would save them money on fertiliser. Most farmers are only doing it for greater profit. The climate benefit is just a happy coincidence. I’m not complaining however, and will take it if it means no chemicals in non-GMO corn and more stable climate. Real pioneers though, have been practicing permaculture and regenerative methods for decades, so give credit where it’s due.

Statistically, MOST farmers, 95% in America spray chemicals on their crops, which essentially is like hooking food consumers up to a perpetual pesticide drip. Many chemical farmers are happy with this status quo–especially the generous subsidies. Governments carefully design and leverage funding to keep farmers obedient and under control. Many farmers however, are so tired and whittled down emotionally by the constant policy pressure they have no fight left. Farmers often reluctantly comply instead of trying to sell their property, or in desperation walk away to change their lives completely. There’s also a third unspoken option, all-too-often consecrated behind the barn overlooking a final sunset.

ChemFarmers sprayed and tilled their hope into the dirt long ago.

The headline, “Bad Farmers Make a Killing Selling Cheap Chemical Food” doesn’t appear in mainstream news because it implicates large farming corporations and government partnerships, both allies of news companies that sell billions in advertising to sell guess what… cheap food.  BTW, according to Regenerative Food Systems Investment News; ChemFarm bankruptcies in America have almost doubled since last year.

Farmers are chronically distressed by a whirlwind of escalating mental health issues that to them are even more serious than spraying chemicals. American farmers self harm at an alarming rate three and a half times greater than the general population. It’s an epic social failure of engineered human suffering grown on cheap food in depleted soil. Ironically, ChemFarmers slowly poison themselves just by working in their own fields. The highly respected teddy-bear regen farmer Gabe Brown who co-stars in the Kiss the Ground social documentary with Woody Harrelson and Laura Dern, recently announced he has ALS. If we did that with any other workforce there’d be public outrage, but with Gabe, barely a blip.

    Governments made chemical farmers expendable.

As immense as this tragedy is however, the conversation is no longer just about farmers.

The heartbreak is equally about the health of food consumers. People unfortunately believe the disinformation that controlling governments, greedy corporations and bad farmers collectively spoon-feed society about agricultural chemicals like glyphosate–a poison sprayed daily by the ton on cheap food and reported by scientists to be carcinogenic and unsafe for human consumption.

Consumers are dying at unprecedented rates from cheap food grown by bad farmers – *Dr. V. Boombatz

Harsh when you see it like that isn’t it?
    The truth can be brutal…

(*NOT a real doctor, but we figured if BIG BOX GROCERS pretend to have real food, we can pretend to have a real doctor. The consumers dying part, is unfortunately… real.)

Farmers today have a choice, and most choose cheap food because it delivers high profit.

Unfortunately, they do it at the health and expense of food consumers. It’s partially why OLD MacDonald… HAD a Farm – R.I.P.

Today, YOUNG MacDonald HAS a farm that is socially and climate responsible because modern farmers are often better educated and regard technology as second nature… Ai, Ai, O

WOMEN also play major roles on THEIR farms. Check out the vid to see how they blend fresh perspectives and innovative correlations with farming, food and health in LOCAL SHORT FOOD SUPPLY CHAINS.

Society has sympathy for and supports farmers who make an effort to change, but trust is wavering for farms that choose to grow bad food even though scientists have conclusively proven it causes cancer, heart disease, and other chronic and terminal illnesses.

Consumers are beginning to see ChemFarmers as front-line emissaries for governments and as foot soldiers for large corporations whose only goal is the highest possible profit. Bad farmers learned over the years how to remain VISIBLY INVISBLE at big box grocers and Farmers Markets.

Hiding in plain site is blatant at Farmers Markets where bad farmers wedge themselves between good farmers and virtue signal through close physical association implying that they also grow safe healthy food. The grift on busy and trusting consumers is that they can buy the exact same bad cheap food with pesticides at their local grocer for less than half the price they pay at Farmers Markets.

Consumers get wrapped up in outdoor excitement and grossly overpay.

Some Farmers Market directors have no mandate nor do they feel personal moral responsibility to educate consumers. Even if market managers wanted, and some do, they legally can’t get politically involved because of government subsidies.

It’s a fine-print Catch-22. When you accept funding from the government you are legally contracted to do and say what they want you to do and say, and they enforce it aggressively. They don’t allow you to criticize the bad work of farmers they also support, which is a very effective gag. I’ve been on the receiving end of their brutal attacks. I won the battle in front of a judge and also in the court of public opinion online, but it cost me a fortune, and my forty-year marriage.

You have to ask yourself, do you want to be RIGHT, or EFFECTIVE and plan accordingly. Being right is often a selfish position. More than two decades ago I chose being effective and changed forever how one of the largest corrupt organisations in the world does business.

Morally, it was worth the fortune it cost me personally to expose them, but if you can’t carry the load emotionally or financially, think twice. Be forewarned too that it’s dangerous to pretend to be an activist when things heat up, because real activists will go after you for stealing their thunder and making their work harder. They don’t want or need help from an armchair QB. You absolutely don’t want paid provocateurs stalking you online or IRL because they don’t abide by the law. Plus, pro activists recognise immediately when you’re leveraging public sentiment just to drive sales, and will call you out if it is to their benefit.

Cheap ChemFarm Food often SELLS OUT late in the day at Farmers Markets at inflated prices. To an uninformed consumer who is late and rushing, it looks like a great deal compared to the expensive healthy food at the organic booth across the aisle. It is however a NO-win customer conundrum to choose between a side of FRESH pesticides and herbicides, or the STALE carcinogens at the grocer… except you pay twice as much for the exact same bad food at a Farmers Market. WTRF? 2X?!! …yep, 2x easily.

It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you overpay… you lose trust in the food and market.

Bad farmers appropriate the hard work of good farmers and take advantage of an uninformed and hungry public.

The following scenario plays out regularly at Farmers Markets; Chemical farmers set up booths alongside good farmers and charge a WHOPPING $8 for a pint of blueberries or strawberries sprayed with pesticides. It’s just $2 less than the healthy natural organic biodynamic berries priced at $10. Because the price is so close, it fools many customers into thinking the quality of the berries is also similar.

For context, when you shop at a LOCAL GROCER, organic blueberries, because of the extra labour are often TWICE the cost of chemically sprayed berries and more if it’s grown using an even harder-to-manage alternative process like regenerative or biodynamic. Food grown using alternative agriculture, the really good, highest quality produce, sometimes costs 200% more because it takes more work to grow–often two or three times the effort.

A 25% reduction is not justified or fair, but it’s an effective sales strategy.

Bad Farmers Learned Long Ago How to Quietly Slip Into The Good Farmer Parade…

ChemFarms know how to LEVERAGE ORGANIC MOMENTUM, especially at Farmers Markets, and how to do it at the expense of trusting consumers.

It’s a hustle and major WIN for brazen ChemFarms when a pint of ChemFarm blueberries or strawberries found at a large LOCAL GROCER only two blocks away sells for just $2.99, which is almost two-thirds less than the exact same sprayed berries at the Farmers Market that sell for $8. It gives ChemFarms an unfair advantage over good farmers, and especially consumers.

Is there a logical solution? Sure. Applying mandatory “ChemFood” warning labels like we do for tobacco and alcohol would help. Unfortunately, just like it happens in fisheries, it would be an imposing, expensive, and long battle against big corps that prefer consumer confusion because it works in their favour. Logistically, Farmers Markets could do it, but they won’t because of government control. If bad farmers were forced to put ChemFarm Stickers on their products or a sign on their booth, it would be much harder to charge such egregious prices for bad food.

The only way to stop the hustle and appropriation is through education.

The best teacher is a good farmer who grows naturally nutritious alternative food using organic, regenerative, or permaculture processes et al. When a Farmers Market also receives government subsidies like many do through sponsorship support, they can’t protect consumers by SHOWCASING good farmers against a BACKDROP of bad farmers for comparison. Governments won’t allow it. They can’t offer juxtapositions for contrast like I’m doing. Politicians readily supported cheap over high quality because unhealthy food is a larger tax base.

It used to be that simple.

However, the balance recently shifted, especially in a desperate and chronically unhealthy America when terminal health issues pushed costs beyond the economic tipping point. Governments everywhere are finally integrating into spreadsheets the OVERALL COST TO HEAL including hospice expenditures of people given a death sentence by consuming bad food.

As a result, commercial factory farmers are losing society’s sympathy. A growing number of consumers feel that ChemFarms brought it on themselves. Although it’s partially true, it’s important to remember that farmers have mitigating circumstances and often feel trapped. Regardless of blame, all farmers today are being funneled along a social media swale and forced into identifying as GOOD or BAD.

If farmers won’t self-identify, consumers will do it for them, and are already starting to shun bad food and instead develop relationships with good farmers they trust.

We designed a RATING SYSTEM for FARMERS so it’s easy to find the good ones.

Health and longevity are directly proportional to your food source and farmer.

A bad farmer is like having a bad mechanic, stylist, lawyer, or doctor.

Smart folks want good advice, service, and healthy food.

PostScript – FOOD LOVERS; Each time you buy and eat food sprayed with pesticides and herbicides, you vote for and support a chemical farmer who literally… pushes drugs onto your plate. Cheap food is an addiction, designed and perpetuated by massive corporate industrial farms that not only feedlot cattle, they also FEEDLOT HUMANS through BIG BOX GROCERS–yeah, you read it right… moo. What did you think was happening when the little piggy went to market?

Feedlots have society hooked—line and sinker.

It’s hard to break a ChemFood addiction cold turkey. Like any drug, you first have to emotionally position yourself to wean off of bad food. Addictions to bad food are in your head and called behavioral. You’re not biologically or physically hooked on pesticides, at least not substantially that mainstream scientists report, but you are HARDWIRED into the LOW PRICE. Cheap food is a tough Jones through the lens of your bank account.

We created a simple, immersive program to address this relatively new, and increasingly common food challenge. We can help you kick the chemical consumption habit and gravitate to food that is high quality, natural, and healthy, and do it in a way that is AFFORDABLE for your budget!

Our strategy is not about LOSING WEIGHT, but when you eat healthy… losing weight can be a very pleasant side effect for some people!

Our ChemFood COLD TURKEY KICK-BAD-FOOD RECIPE is designed to quickly move anyone, including YOUR FAMILY away from chemical food and towards healthy eating. It’s fast, easy, fun, and very affordable when you consider and amortize all the benefits for your long term health and happiness.

One of the main ingredients in a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE RECIPE is a trusted farmer on your food team who has earth under their nails and a bushel of insider’s knowledge under their hat to share. Another important ingredient is to know how to slowly amalgamate healthy food into your menu without breaking the bank.

Having a farmer as a friend is the secret ingredient to a healthier and longer life.

If we’re hardcoded to be hooked on eating… (apparently we all need a food fix three times a day) 😉 why not make it healthy, chemical-free, and clean?

    Exactly…
    Why Not?

    What’s a cow say?
    Moo Moo here

BTW, a rumour is circulating that we require a blood and urine test before you start and throughout the COLD TURKEY program. Relax… it’s just a rumour started by this cute little farmer trying to be funny, and to remind you that you are your own food control board. We don’t monitor anyone. All we do is help you choose the healthy fork in the food path so you and your family can go on life’s merry way happily ever after.

FARMERS: We also developed a WORKSHOP for YOU. It’s designed to help farmers create a simple strategy to introduce LOCAL food consumers to your world where you can show them why naturally grown high quality food is a healthier choice. Sharing knowledge face to face increases visibility, credibility, and trust, and creates loyal communities. Our easy self-perpetuating formula automates the entire process from seed to harvest.

  • GOOD vs BAD Farmers

    GOOD vs BAD Farmers

Finding a farmer you can trust like a friend or family, is hard.

Discriminating CHEFS , HOME COOKS, ATHLETES, and EXECUTIVES looking for HIGH PERFORMANCE FOOD TO FUEL BODIES & BRAINS often ask about farmers I rely on.

Smart people no longer trust BIG BOX grocers. Those who value their health, source high quality nutrient-dense food directly from farmers they regard as friends–some even grow food at home.

In order to source healthy food you have to know a farmer’s philosophy, and how they operate in their fields.

Not all food is good food,
    and not all farmers
    are good farmers.

    Old MacDonald HAD a farm.

Young MacDonald sings a different ditty… Ai, Ai O.

Food consumers already confused about organic certifications now have to also figure out regenerative farming, and it’s causing even greater frustration – so we decided to do something about it.

The challenge for everyone is that it’s difficult to know whom to trust.

A little inside intel goes a long way!

We make it easier for you by
    RATING LOCAL FARMERS

Farmers who grow and raise high quality food, LOVE IT when they’re easier to find.

Farmers don’t have to add themselves. You’re rated automatically. A farmer simply VERIFIES their rating or lets us know if they feel something needs to be adjusted. Sometimes we miss the mark, so we always reconsider when the farmer expresses legitimate concern.

    Our GIFT of CLARITY…
    for FOODIES & FARMERS
    is as simple as A B C !

It’s important to know if your farmer is a visionary… or simply following the crowd.

When a farmer is smart, you benefit, but when not, you’re on a perpetual pesticide drip.

    WE ARE WHAT WE EAT
    is about eating healthy food.

A farmer as a friend can help make your life longer, easier, healthier, and happier.

First though, you have to find a farmer you can trust, which is harder than you might imagine considering the high number of farmers and vast differences in alternative agricultural styles. If you’re stumped let us know. We can help.

The farmers we review and rate run the gamut from Aplus+ Certified Organic Regen, and also B farmers who fastidiously practice Organics, but not regenerative farming that helps heal soil. They MIGHT be certified, but not necessarily (NOT” is encouraged in high-quality Alt-AG local food circles that adopt the honour system)

Our lowest rating is C for ChemFarms that use pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and all the other “…cides”. B designates a transitioning farmer who is weaning their farm off chemicals.

We rate commercial chemical farmers for other reasons too, like trying to fool consumers; C

*If a farmer is not on our proprietary list it might mean they’re rated C, or… we simply haven’t added them yet as an A or B farmer. We don’t publish our list because it’s used as a competitive list for our clients, but for a small fee we will let you know how we rated a farmer if the data is available. You can also contract us to rate a specific farmer.

To Recap: If a farmer is *CERTIFIED* Organic AND Regenerative, or they use other alternative agriculture processes like Permaculture, Biodynamic, Syntropic, or Food Forests et al, they rate Aplus+ our TOP SPOT!

If a farmer uses one of the alternative agriculture processes like Organics, Regenerative, Permaculture, Biodynamic, Syntropic, et al., but is NOT CERTIFIED, we think you’re incredibly important too… even more so from a political perspective, so your rating is A+…also a highly coveted and respected designation.

Most Alt-AG farmers will be in our high-quality A category.

B farmers are ORGANIC, certified or not. They don’t use any Alt-AG processes like regen. Organic is still healthy food of course, but Alt-AG like regen is way better than organic for a number of reasons, like nutrient density and soil health.

C farmers use chemicals, which means we usually avoid them, but there are exceptions.

Our FARMER RATINGS are a work-in-progress.

Ask us if you’d like to know a rating, or to be rated.

If you have a COMMENT, please stay on-topic about the PROCESS of RATING FARMERS and don’t make it personal about a specific farmer.

For clarity, this is OUR RATING SYSTEM for our specific business use.

    We share our opinion for *two main reasons;

1/ To help CONSUMERS sort through the chaos

2/ To help INVESTORS monitor good farmers

*without CONSUMERS and INVESTORS Alt-AG like permaculture or regen will fail.
